You may use the App in one of the following ways:
Guest Mode
You can use the App without creating an account. In Guest Mode, your financial data is stored locally on your device and is not synchronized to cloud services.
Registered Account
You may create an account using your email address or supported authentication providers such as Google Sign-In. Creating an account allows you to synchronize your financial data across devices and restore your information if you change or lose your device.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect and process the following information:
Account Information
- Email address
- Display name (if provided)
- Profile picture (if provided through Google Sign-In)
Financial Information
Information you voluntarily enter into the App, including Expenses, Income records, Budgets, Financial goals, Categories and notes.
Application Preferences
Selected language, Currency settings, Notification preferences, and other application settings.

- Synchronize data between your devices
- Generate financial reports and insights

4. Cloud Services
The App uses trusted third-party services, including:
Firebase Authentication
Used for secure account registration, login, and account management.
Firebase Firestore
Used to securely store and synchronize your data across devices.
Data is transmitted using secure communication protocols provided by Firebase services.
5. Artificial Intelligence Features
The App provides AI-powered financial analysis and recommendations.
When you use AI analysis features, selected financial information may be transmitted to an external artificial intelligence service provider solely for generating financial insights and recommendations requested by you.
The information is processed only to provide the requested analysis and is not used by the App for advertising purposes.
6. Local Storage
The App uses local storage technologies, including Hive Database, to improve performance and allow offline functionality.
Financial information stored locally remains on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the App.

The App may send notifications that you enable, including expense tracking reminders, budget alerts, and goal achievement notifications.
To provide accurate reminders, the App may request permissions such as notification access and exact alarm scheduling where supported by your device.
8. Permissions
Depending on your device and selected features, the App may request the following permissions:
- Internet Access
- Notification Permission
- Exact Alarm Scheduling Permission
- Google Account Authentication Access
These permissions are used solely to provide App functionality.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary for operating the App, including Authentication services, Cloud storage services, and Artificial intelligence service providers used for financial analysis.
10. Data Deletion
Guest Users
You may delete local data directly from within the App or by uninstalling the App.
Registered Users
You may request account deletion through the App settings. After a deletion request, your account may enter a temporary recovery period of up to 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable laws in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
